Please confirm your attendance to the 2021 High Maintenance Author Awards Dinner, register your name and title below. 


Terms and Conditions

You must be in attendance to receive your High Maintenance Award.  


Honorees do not need to purchase tickets, all honorees are FREE. Honorees are allowed to invite up to two (2) guests to partake in your celebration. Additional tickets are available at $50.00 per person, and can be purchased using the link above Seating is limited, secure your spots today. 


Attendees acknowledge there will be professional photographers present to cover the event. Pictures will be used for promotional purposes. No outside professional photography, music or sound amplification allowed.


 You will be held responsible for any penalties billed to High Maintenance Publishing and Production LLC, you assume all responsibility and to hold harmless High Maintenance Publishing and Production, LLC and/or Best Western on the Waterfront against any damages and/or claims that may arise in connection with your presence at the event, due to your negligence.
